Ansar Arifin is a seasoned professional in the financial sector, with more than 35 years of extensive experience and a deep, comprehensive understanding of the industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has developed strong expertise across a wide range of financial disciplines, including insurance sales and distribution, strategic planning, bancassurance, operations and technical management, business consulting, and the insurance industry as a whole.

Ansar earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Padjadjaran University in 1988, followed by a Bachelor of Medicine degree from the same university in 1992. This rare combination of academic backgrounds has shaped a unique analytical and problem-solving approach, allowing him to view financial and business challenges from both economic and technical perspectives. Such an interdisciplinary foundation is uncommon within the financial industry and has enabled Ansar to deliver innovative, well-balanced solutions to complex organizational and market challenges.

Over the course of his career, Ansar has held several key executive positions within leading insurance institutions in Indonesia. He served as Director of Operations & IT at PT Asuransi Jiwa BRI Life. He later assumed the role of Director of Technical & Operations at PT Asuransi BRI Life. His leadership and strategic vision culminated in his appointment as President Director of PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen (TASPEN LIFE). Achieving senior leadership roles at a relatively young age, Ansar is widely recognized for his strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and results-oriented leadership style. Currently, he serves as President Director of PT Threetech Business Consultant and is also entrusted as a Senior Partner at RIVAI Business Consulting.
