JAFRIL KHALIL

Jafril Khalil is a highly accomplished expert in Islamic Finance, Capital Markets, and Securities, with more than 30 years of extensive professional experience in the financial industry. His areas of specialization include Islamic finance, capital markets and securities, corporate governance, relationship management, strategic planning and development, as well as team management and leadership.

Jafril holds a Doctoral (PhD) degree in Law from the University of Malaysia, having previously completed a Master of Comparative Law (MCL) at the International Islamic University Malaysia. As a result of his academic and professional journey, he has built an extensive international network, particularly across the Asian region, which further enhances his strategic value to clients and business partners. Jafril’s professional experience includes serving as a Shariah Supervisory Board Member for Management Investment at PT Pool Advista, as well as holding positions on the Shariah Supervisory Board of Asuransi Jiwa Reliance Indonesia (Sharia Unit) and the Shariah Supervisory Board of Tugu Pratama Indonesia Insurance. Beyond his professional practice, he has also contributed significantly to the academic field by serving as a Lecturer at the Institute of Technology and Business Ahmad Dahlan, Jakarta, where he shares his practical insights and academic knowledge with future professionals.

Currently, Jafril Khalil serves as the Owner and Main Commissioner of Zakirah Group and is entrusted as a Senior Partner at RIVAI Business Consulting.
