ADIK PRASODJO

Adik Prasodjo holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in Management, from Universitas Airlangga, obtained in 1988. He also holds a Certified Audit Committee Member qualification from the Indonesian Audit Committee Association (IKAI), awarded in July 2018. His academic and professional qualifications support a long-standing career in the banking and finance sector.

He has extensive professional experience in the banking and finance sector, with a career spanning 36 years. His most recent professional roles include serving as Finance Director of PT Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk, Jakarta, from 2002 to 2025, and as an Audit Committee Member of PT Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk from 2020 to 2022. He also held the position of Corporate Secretary, Vice President at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional from 2005 to 2018. In addition, he served as Group Head – Customer Service Division at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), Jakarta, from 2020 to 2024, and previously as Operations Manager at Bank Papan Sejahtera, Semarang Branch, from 1989 to March 2000.

Currently, Adik Prasodjo serves as a Partner at RIVAI Business Consulting. His areas of expertise include banking and finance, corporate governance, strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance and audit, corporate restructuring, risk management, as well as investor relations and public company affairs.
