IMAM HARYANTO

Imam Haryanto is a highly experienced banking professional with more than 31 years of proven expertise in the banking industry. Over the course of his career, Imam has built a distinguished reputation in banking and finance, with particular expertise in conventional-to-sharia banking conversion, remedial and collection management, marketing and business management, SME and retail/consumer banking, as well as product management and credit policy development.

Imam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung – ITB) in 1993. He later strengthened his managerial and leadership competencies by completing a Master of Management degree at PPM Business School of Management, Jakarta, in 2011. Demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and strategic insight, he achieved the highest level of education by obtaining a Doctorate in Strategic Management from Trisakti University, Jakarta, in 2025.

In 2007, he served as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at PT Permata Bank Tbk. He later joined PT Bank Danamon Tbk, serving as Senior Assistant Vice President and Credit Manager at Danamon Syariah (2014–2015). His career further advanced at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, where he held several senior leadership positions. From 2015 to 2020, he served as Senior Vice President / Vice President and Head of Special Remedial Management within the CEO Directorate. Subsequently, from 2021 to 2024, Imam was appointed Senior Vice President, Head of Islamic Enterprise & SME–2 within the Enterprise Banking Directorate.

Currently, Imam Haryanto serves as a Senior Partner at RIVAI Business Consulting. His extensive industry experience, leadership strength, and deep understanding of both conventional and sharia banking significantly enhance the firm’s banking advisory capabilities.
