KRISHNAN MOHAMAD

Krishnan Mohamad is an accomplished professional in the financial sector, with more than 34 years of extensive experience and a comprehensive understanding of finance and business strategy. His areas of expertise include strategic management, financial management, business development management analysis, strategic management processes, strategic budgeting management processes, and business planning.

Krishnan completed his Geodetic Studies at the Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung – ITB) in 1983. He subsequently pursued and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Marketing Management at Padjadjaran University in 1989. Although originating from two distinct academic disciplines, he successfully integrated these fields to develop a broad and well-rounded perspective on finance, strategy, and business development.

Over the course of his professional journey, Krishnan has been involved in a wide range of projects and assignments that have strengthened his expertise in finance and business development. He served as Finance Manager at PT IBN Manufacture, where he was responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial control processes. Krishnan later advanced his career as Business Development Manager at PT Geoindi Giri Jaya. In this position, he was actively involved in preparing business plans, conducting financial and market analyses, and supporting management decision-making processes. Subsequently, Krishnan was entrusted as a Partner at RITZ Corpora, where he contributed to advisory and consulting engagements, particularly in the areas of financial strategy, business development, and corporate planning.

Currently, Krishnan Mohamad serves as a Senior Partner at RIVAI Business Consulting. His extensive professional experience, combined with his comprehensive financial knowledge and strategic insight, significantly strengthens the firm’s capacity to deliver high-quality advisory services.
