Aida Heralina is a highly respected professional in the banking industry, bringing more than 38 years of extensive experience and deep expertise across a wide range of banking disciplines. She is widely recognized for her comprehensive understanding of the banking sector and her proven ability to successfully manage and deliver complex projects with a high level of precision and professionalism. Throughout her career, Aida has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, analytical capability, and a results-oriented approach in addressing both institutional challenges and client-specific needs.

Aida earned her Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from the Bandung Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Bandung – ITB). She further strengthened her academic foundation by completing her Master’s studies at Wijawiyata Manajemen, IPPM, and pursuing advanced education in Islamic Economics and Finance at the University of Indonesia.

In her most recent role, Aida served as Head of Accounting Development within the Financial Control Division of PT Rabobank International Indonesia. In this capacity, she was entrusted with overseeing and executing numerous high-impact projects, all of which were completed successfully and in full compliance with applicable regulatory and internal governance standards. Her ability to translate complex financial and operational requirements into effective solutions allowed her to address client and organizational needs in a manner that was accurate, effective, and efficient, even under tight timelines and demanding conditions. Aida possesses strong expertise in retail banking operations, Islamic finance, business analysis, and financial analysis. In addition, she has extensive hands-on experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, asset-liability management, and treasury operations. Her professional capabilities also extend to risk management, fund administration, IT project management, and accounting, making her a well-rounded advisor capable of addressing multifaceted banking and financial challenges.
