Jaswan Nasution is a highly experienced professional in the banking industry, with more than 36 years of extensive experience supported by a strong core foundation of knowledge and long-standing exposure across various banking functions. His areas of expertise include banking and finance, liabilities and investment management, manpower and human capital development, sales strategy and productivity optimization, enterprise risk management, corporate governance and strategic risk oversight, as well as business and legal analysis and advisory.

Jaswan earned his Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Management, from Universitas Krisnadwipayana in 1997. He further strengthened his financial and managerial competencies by completing the L.M.K.A / BEJ program (Financial Management and Accounting Institute) in 1998. His strong academic foundation, combined with a high level of interest and commitment to the banking sector, has played a significant role in shaping his professional journey and long-term career development.

Over the course of his career, Jaswan has held several important roles within the financial services industry. In 2005, he served as an Investment Account Manager at PT GoldMany Asset Management. He subsequently joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (a Dutch multinational bank) as Associate Sales Manager in the Liabilities and Investment Department (2005–2006). Jaswan later held a strategic position at PT Jakarta Investment (2007–2009).

Currently, Jaswan Nasution serves as a Partner at RIVAI Business Consulting. His extensive experience, strategic mindset, and strong leadership capabilities significantly enhance the firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive and high-quality advisory services.
